About Us:
Trents Nursery is seeking a Nursery Worker to join our container nursery team with an immediate start. Our nursery specializes in producing high-quality plants, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to support our operations.

Job Description:
The role involves all aspects of nursery work, including working on the potting machine, uplifting and preparing plants for orders, and general nursery maintenance. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities for Nursery Worker 2025

  • Operate and assist in maintaining the potting machine.
  • Uplift and prepare plants for customer orders.
  • Conduct general nursery work, including watering, weeding, and plant care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and seasonal production targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
  • A practical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in a nursery or horticultural setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to nursery processes.

Work Schedule:f for Nursery Worker 2025

  • Monday – Friday employment with potential overtime during peak seasons.
