What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Physically Fit & Capable – This is a physically demanding role that requires strength and stamina
🔹 White Card Certification – Must have a valid Construction Induction Safety Certificate
Previous Civil Construction Experience – Experience in earthworks, trenching, or machinery operation is preferred
🔹 Flexible & Available – Willing to work overtime and different shifts as required
🔹 Proactive & Self-Motivated – A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
HR License Preferred – However, competency can be obtained on the job
🔹 Additional Certifications – Confined Space and Working at Heights certifications are advantageous

Job Responsibilities for Civil Labourer 2025
- Spotting for Machinery Operators – Assisting plant operators such as excavators, rollers, and moxys
- Trench Digging – Preparing and maintaining excavation sites
- Assisting Tradespeople – Supporting pipe layers and other construction workers
- Material Handling – Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks
- Site Maintenance – Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Following Safety Procedures – Adhering to all workplace safety guidelines
- General Labouring Duties – Assisting with various tasks as needed
