Key Responsibilities for Nursery Worker – Opportunity

As a Nursery Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and health of our plants. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Plant Care – Weeding, grading, and general plant maintenance to ensure optimal growth.
  • Production Work – Pricking-out seedlings, propagating plants through cuttings, hand potting, and bagging young plants.
  • Order Preparation & Dispatch – Compiling and loading bulk orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Quality Control – Monitoring plants for signs of pests, diseases, or deficiencies and reporting any issues.
  • General Nursery Maintenance – Keeping workspaces clean and organized to maintain efficiency and safety.

What We Are Looking For

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
