Responsibilities of the Role

As a Pool Supervisor and Cleaning Staff member, you’ll have several key responsibilities to ensure that our wellness areas remain pristine and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests:

1. Area Maintenance: Oversee and clean the entire sauna, swimming pool area, and treatment rooms.
2. Order and Cleanliness: Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the spa and wellness areas to uphold our high standards.
3. Sauna Supervision: Manage sauna infusion routines, ensuring that all aspects meet guest expectations.
4. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience.
