Job Summary

Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Mississauga is seeking Housekeeping Room Attendants to join their dedicated team. Job Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and shared areas to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. Your tasks will include:

• Floor and Surface Care: Sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture.
• Vacuuming: Cleaning carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Bed Making: Making beds, changing linens, and restocking with clean towels and toiletries.
• Disinfection: Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as other high-touch surfaces such as elevators and operating rooms.
• Guest Services: Handling guests’ requests for additional supplies, addressing complaints, and providing basic information about the hotel facilities.
• Waste Management: Picking up debris, emptying trash containers, and maintaining cleanliness in changing rooms and showers.
• Lost and Found: Reporting any lost and found items to management.

Requirements

• Work Location: All duties must be performed on-site; remote work is not available.
• Transportation: Public transportation options are available nearby.
• Work Conditions: This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
