Role Details and Responsibilities
Health Professional Level 2 (HP2) – Sleep Scientist
Sleep Scientists perform routine and advanced polysomnography and Positive Airways Pressure (PAP) therapy management. This position requires independent and collaborative work, with responsibilities in staff training, education, and continuous professional development. Shifts include a mix of day, evening, and overnight hours to meet patient needs.
Health Professional Level 2 (HP2) – Respiratory Scientist
This role is ideal for Respiratory Scientists with at least 12 months of experience. The position offers mentoring, training, and skill-building, helping junior scientists gain the experience needed to qualify for a Level 3 role.
Health Professional Level 3 (HP3) – Senior Respiratory Scientist
Senior Respiratory Scientists lead and mentor the team, manage quality systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. With at least 3 years of experience, applicants for this role must demonstrate strong leadership and quality management abilities.
