Position Overview for Registered Nurse 2024 (Sponsorship Available) 

We are currently seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our team at the Mudgee Grove Care Community. This role offers permanent full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities with flexible hours available across all shifts, making it suitable for all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Monitor and assess residents’ health, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Essential Criteria:

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker’s clearance.
