Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced blueberry pickers to join our team in Gingin for a short-term position. As the blueberry season approaches, we need dedicated individuals who can contribute to our harvest. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for seasonal employment.

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this role, successful candidates must possess the following:

  • Experience: Previous blueberry picking experience is essential.
  • Transportation: A reliable vehicle for commuting to and from work.
  • Accommodation: Must have accommodation close to Gingin (Perth is the nearest city, approximately 1 hour away).
  • Work Ethic: Be determined, productive, and eager to engage in our incentive program.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Team Player: Show respect and effective communication skills while collaborating with a culturally diverse team.
