Job Description

CHS is seeking skilled Respiratory Scientists, Senior Respiratory Scientists, and Sleep Scientists to join our progressive Allied Health team. This role offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking team dedicated to clinical measurement excellence.

Available Positions:

  1. Sleep Scientist (HP2):
    • Conduct routine and advanced polysomnography.
    • Support positive airway pressure therapy and contribute to professional development.
    • Work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and overnight.
  2. Respiratory Scientist (HP2):
    • Ideal for candidates with 12+ months of respiratory science experience.
    • Offers mentorship and learning opportunities to advance to Health Professional Level 3 (HP3).
  3. Senior Respiratory Scientist (HP3):
    • Requires 3+ years of experience.
    • Lead and mentor staff, coordinate quality management, and drive continuous improvement in respiratory science practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant Experience: Background in respiratory or sleep science, with proven expertise in clinical measurements.
  • Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Essential for Senior Respiratory Scientist roles.
  • Commitment to Patient-Centered Care: Strong focus on quality healthcare and ethical standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize data and technology in respiratory and sleep medicine.
