Available Roles in Horticulture
We offer a variety of roles within two primary departments – Crop Care and Production. Duties will vary depending on current needs, but the positions include:
Crop Care Team
If you’re interested in working directly with plants, the Crop Care team offers hands-on roles that involve:
- Twisting: Training plants to grow upwards along string supports.
- Truss Pruning: Selecting the best fruits on each plant for optimal truss production.
- Layering: Lowering plants for easier picking and de-leafing.
- De-leafing: Removing leaves to promote healthy growth and improve harvest visibility.
- Pest and Disease Identification: Monitoring crops for potential issues and aiding in greenhouse maintenance.

Production Team
The Production team is essential to our goal of delivering high-quality, fresh produce to consumers. Roles in this team include:
- Fruit Picking: Harvesting fruits to meet specific KPIs and quality standards.
- Packing: Sorting and packing fruits, ensuring each pack meets our quality expectations.
