Role Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Airbnb Property Cleaner/Contractor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be essential in ensuring that our Airbnb properties are spotless, organized, and ready for guests. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your cleaning expertise will directly contribute to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As an Airbnb Property Cleaner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Thorough Cleaning: Performing comprehensive cleaning of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring a spotless environment for guests.
• Restocking Supplies: Replenishing essential items such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and linens to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Laundry Duties: Managing laundry tasks including washing, drying, and arranging guest room linens for presentation.
• Regular Inspections: Conducting regular property inspections to ensure all areas meet our cleanliness standards and promptly addressing any issues.
• Reporting Maintenance Issues: Promptly reporting any damages or maintenance concerns to the management team for swift resolution.
• Supply Management: Ensuring that all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and properly stored for efficiency.
• Scheduling Adherence: Following a strict schedule to ensure properties are guest-ready at specified times.
• Safety Protocols: Adhering to company protocols for safety and security to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• A vehicle and a valid driver’s license (free parking is provided).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of best practices related to cleaning and hygiene within the hospitality sector.
• A professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple properties.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends; availability for five days is essential.
• An ABN (Australian Business Number) is preferred for contractor arrangements.
