Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented cleaners/contractors specializing in end of lease, office, and commercial cleaning. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all spaces are meticulously cleaned, organized, and ready to meet the required standards for tenants, businesses, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing end of lease cleaning for residential properties to ensure they meet inspection standards for tenant transitions.
• Cleaning and sanitizing office spaces, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Conducting commercial cleaning for businesses, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handling deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and surface sanitizing for a thorough clean.
• Following checklists and client specifications to guarantee comprehensive cleaning results.
• Reporting any damages or maintenance needs to the management team for timely resolution.
• Maintaining and managing cleaning supplies inventory to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhering to company safety and security protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in end of lease cleaning, office cleaning, or commercial cleaning.
• A vehicle and a valid driver’s license (free parking is provided).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of industry best practices related to cleaning and hygiene.
• The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends; availability for five days a week is required.
• An ABN (Australian Business Number) is preferred.
