Role Overview
As a Graduate (Infrastructure), you will work within the Engineering and Infrastructure team, gaining hands-on experience in engineering, asset management, construction, and project management. Your role will contribute to ensuring safe, customer-focused, and efficient infrastructure delivery. You’ll be involved in the planning and implementation of capital and maintenance projects, and other operational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support supervisors and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to devise and implement solutions.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on designated projects, analyze data, and recommend effective solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, briefing notes, and official correspondence related to projects and initiatives.
- Project Management: Assist with contract or project management responsibilities to meet project goals and objectives.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain a strong understanding of compliance, legislation, and standards, with a focus on risk minimization and safety.
