In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the Branch Manager, coordinating a range of responsibilities including equipment scheduling, operational readiness, and team management. Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and assign equipment, operators, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure all Elevated Work Platform (EWP) rentals are prepped and compliant for on-time delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside logistics, field service, and workshop coordinators to drive efficient operations.
- Compliance Management: Track operator schedules, mandatory breaks, and stand-down periods in line with award requirements.
- Customer Service: Engage directly with clients to ensure schedules are met and service levels remain high.
About You:
- Experience in Plant & Equipment: Background in EWP, equipment coordination, logistics, or fleet management is necessary.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with New South Wales geography is essential for this on-site role.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to foster clear and effective communication between team members and clients.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve operational success.
