Job Overview:

Morris Insurance & Consulting Ltd. is hiring a full-time, on-site Insurance Broker with a focus on delivering top-tier client service and expert insurance advice. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and process insurance claims while providing exceptional customer service
- Provide detailed information on various insurance products (auto, health, life, property, marine, etc.)
- Sell a diverse range of insurance products: automobile, fire, health, life, property, and more
- Advise clients on risk coverage, group insurance, and individual insurance packages
Required Credentials:
- Licenses: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP)
- Insurance Specializations: Property/casualty insurance, commercial insurance, individual/group insurance, life insurance, travel insurance, and more
- Experience: 2–3 years of direct insurance experience in a related role
Requirements:
- Education: College diploma or equivalent experience
- Licenses: Valid Canadian driver’s license; RIBO license and LLQP certification
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
