Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Officer, your tasks will include:
- Calculating and preparing payroll checks
- Maintaining accurate financial records across various manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Balancing general ledgers and financial statements
- Posting journal entries and preparing financial reports
- Reconciliation of accounts and preparation of accounting documents
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: College diploma (College/CEGEP) or equivalent experience in Business/Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience
- Language: English proficiency
- Location Requirement: Must work on-site in Markham, ON
