Responsibilities

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability.
• Policy Implementation: Establish and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor financial control systems and manage cash flow.
• Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily financial operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a finance role, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software
