Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Client Services: Provide exceptional support to internal and external clients via phone, in-person, and written communication.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and preparation of documents like briefing notes and reports.
- Database Management: Experience with law enforcement databases (CPIC and/or PROS) is advantageous.
- Financial Support: Verify and correct financial claims, monitor petty cash, and prepare financial reports.
- Records Management: Manage indexing, cross-referencing, and archiving of data.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Completion of two years of secondary school or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in client services, administrative support, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Operational Requirements
- Willingness to work in a busy police environment, potentially exposed to graphic materials.
- Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
