Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to various sites.
- Site Preparation: Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a stable foundation for construction projects.
- Paving & Raking: Assist in paving and raking asphalt for various applications.
- Demolition Support: Participate in the safe demolition of buildings and structures.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and machinery.
- Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe work environment.
- Debris Removal: Remove rubble and debris from construction sites to ensure a tidy and safe workspace.
- Traffic Direction: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safety for workers and the public.
Qualifications
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
