Job Overview

Qualifications
- Language: English
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: Previous experience is an asset
This hybrid role will involve both on-site and remote work as required by Buzz Marketing Group’s office in Concord, ON.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Policy Administration: Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws
- Employee Relations: Administer staff consultations, grievance procedures, and provide customer service for HR-related inquiries
- Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and conduct onboarding for new employees
- Performance Management: Oversee employee performance appraisals and coordinate appraisal programs
- Health and Safety: Evaluate work environments and recommend changes to promote safety and health practices
- Compensation and Benefits: Research employee benefits, recommend program changes, and administer HR programs
- Job Descriptions: Prepare and update occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
Specialization and Technology
Experience with the following tools and areas is preferred:
- Human Resources Software
- MS Excel and MS Word
- Specialization in Human Resources
