About the Role

Join our Servicing Team and coordinate the day-to-day operations related to Multi-Unit mortgage loan insurance applications and housing program applications. As a Bilingual Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client and lender communications to ensure the timely processing of requests, while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will also support management in activities such as cost allocation, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational activities and ensure compliance with policies related to multi-unit servicing projects.
  • Manage requests with outsourced service providers to optimize workflow.
  • Track and maintain records using advanced spreadsheet and database tools to monitor budgets and financial performance.
  • Provide data analysis to senior colleagues, enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor group mailbox and delegate tasks effectively to team members.

Qualifications

  • Education: A college diploma with at least two (2) years of relevant administrative experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge in Business Administration and analytics.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Power BI; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills in English and French (bilingualism required).
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
