Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversation interpretation between Japanese and foreign clients.
  • Interpretation support for native staff in overseas call centers.
  • Email translation for inquiries related to transportation, stores, medical facilities, and public institutions.
  • Provide customer support via phone and video equipment.
  • Additional duties incidental to the above.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: ¥1,450 or more.
  • Monthly salary example: ¥1,400 x 8 hours x 20 days = ¥232,000+.
  • Overtime allowance available.
  • Transportation expenses covered (up to ¥25,000).

Work Schedule:

Shift system between 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM:

  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break)

Must be available to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.


Multilingual Contact Center Operations Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese, Tagalog, and English.
  • Able to communicate at a business level in Japanese.
  • No experience required; new graduates and second-time graduates are welcome.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Interpreter and translator experience is a plus!
