Nurture One Albert Street, part of G8 Education, is looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead a 70-place childcare centre that caters to children aged 6 months to 5 years. About the Role
As the Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of childcare educators and teachers to deliver high-quality care and early education.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- Ensure the centre operates smoothly, managing budgets and staffing.
Your Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, parents, and children.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

- Plan and organize educational programs and ensure the effective management of the centre’s budget and resources.
