Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
- Managing and developing staff, fostering a positive work culture.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Handling financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Leading a cross-functional team to achieve business goals.
This full-time, permanent position offers flexible hours from Monday to Sunday, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Retail & Business Management Expertise: Strong understanding of the retail pharmacy market.

- Pharmacy Experience: While experience in pharmacy management is advantageous, it’s not essential.
