Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: You will deliver courses such as PSYC242 (Experimental Research Methods) and PSYC332 (Behavioural Analysis), contributing to both undergraduate and postgraduate psychology education.
- Research: You will develop a strong research agenda, publishing high-quality scholarly work and seeking opportunities for external funding.
- Supervision: You will supervise Honours, Masters, and PhD students, providing guidance in experimental psychology research.
About You:
- PhD in Psychology: A completed PhD in experimental psychology or a closely related field.
- Teaching Experience: Proven ability to teach research methods and experimental psychology at the tertiary level.
- Research Excellence: Established or developing record of scholarly publications (Senior Lecturer applicants should also have experience attracting research funding).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of staff and students.
