Chandler Macleod is excited to partner with Beon Energy Solutions, a leader in the design, construction, and commissioning of large-scale solar farms across Australia. We are seeking dedicated Solar Farm Labourers to join our team for the Lauriston Solar Farm Project in Ashburton, commencing in October 2024.

Position Details:

Employment Duration: Approximately 3 months
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 57 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

As a Solar Farm Labourer, you will:

Erect and mount frames and solar panels
Lift, relocate, and restock materials, along with basic assembly
Perform general site cleaning and laboring duties, using hand and power tools
Engage in physically demanding tasks with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Previous outdoor labouring experience, including the use of hand and power tools
A Building Construction – Foundation Passport
Successful completion of a pre-employment mobility/fitness assessment and drug & alcohol screening
