Core Responsibilities
As a Fruit Farm Worker, your daily tasks will encompass a variety of essential activities that support our fruit production. You will be responsible for applying fertilizers, cleaning crops, and clearing fields of debris. You will also grade fruits and vegetables based on market standards, mix fertilizers, pack produce, and assist in the planting, cultivating, and irrigation of crops. Other duties include sorting fruits, weeding, and harvesting crops.
Work Environment
This position requires on-site work in a rural setting focused on fruit and vegetable farming. Applicants should be prepared for physically demanding work that includes repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads (up to 50 lbs). You will need to be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and walking.
