About the Role

In this role, you will:
- Lead a team to maintain and enhance our beautiful gardens, ensuring they meet high aesthetic standards
- Take responsibility for garden maintenance, ensuring all grounds are safe and well-maintained
- Work on a variety of landscaping projects, including bowling greens, water features, and shared residential areas
- Collaborate closely with your team to ensure the highest standards of garden design and maintenance
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping jobs in New Zealand
- The ability to lead a productive and motivated team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Horticultural qualifications (preferred)
