In this role, you will:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and secure learning environment for children of all ages.
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development and progress.
• Foster positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the team to plan, implement, and evaluate curriculum.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and childcare best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A valid Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Australian qualification or equivalent).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
