About the Role for Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized support and assistance with daily living activities
• Building strong relationships with participants and their families
• Implementing individualized support plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other support providers

What We’re Looking For Residential Support Worker

• Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 months experience in disability support
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certificates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
