About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Stockland Birtinya Shopping Centre. This role focuses on implementing creative and engaging customer experiences that align with the centre’s marketing strategy and plans. You will collaborate with retailers, the local community, and sometimes the Baringa team to drive opportunities within the centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local retailers and integrate them into marketing campaigns.
- Successfully implement marketing campaigns and events.
- Enhance the centre’s presentation through visual merchandising, hoarding, and signage.
- Identify local sponsorship and participation opportunities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Engage with local groups and committees.
- Integrate Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) initiatives.
- Implement community relations programs, events, and sponsorships.
- Create and upload content across social and digital channels.
About You
- You possess marketing knowledge and expertise gained through formal qualifications and ideally have experience in shopping centers, retail, events management, or community-based services with a marketing focus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- You thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- You are a genuine brand advocate with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Eligibility Requirements
