Training:
Upon arrival, you will receive a comprehensive 1-year training program to enhance your welding skills and familiarize you with Japanese workplace practices.
Responsibilities:
- Joining metals or thermoplastics using various welding techniques, including:
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW/Stick)
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG)
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG)
- Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
- Fabricating and sculpting metal components for industrial machinery and heavy equipment.
- Adhering to strict safety standards and quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
- Basic Japanese language skills (JLPT N4 or JFT equivalent).
- Ability to pass the Examination Evaluating Specified Technical Skills for Manufacturing Sectors.
