Our client, a well-established and expanding family-owned business in Alphington, VIC, is seeking a motivated Process Worker to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fertilizer and pesticide manufacturing industry, with full training provided.

Your Role:

• Packaging & Processing: Prepare liquid and powder fertilizers and pesticides for distribution to farmers across Australia.
• Labeling & Documentation: Ensure accurate labeling and completion of all necessary paperwork.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict Occupational Health & Safety and Warehousing standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to achieve production goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Good Communication: Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Positive Attitude: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Reliability: Punctual, committed, and willing to work independently when needed.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Prior experience in warehousing, packaging, or manufacturing.
  • Current forklift license.
  • Own transport.
