Your Role as a Labourer
As a Labourer at LDI, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safe and efficient installation and monitoring of pumps and pipelines throughout the mine site.
- HDPE pipe fusing, ensuring secure connections for critical infrastructure.
- General site maintenance, such as shoveling and sanding walkways, painting, brush clearing, and grass cutting.
- Assisting with the upkeep of bunkhouses, site buildings, and other facilities.
This position operates on a 14 days on, 14 days off rotation, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule.
Qualifications for Success
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Prior experience with power tools, chainsaws, water pumps, and generators (considered an asset).
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
