Your Role:

This multifaceted role combines responsibilities across inventory, warehouse, and sales order/invoicing. You will:

• Sales & Invoicing: Process daily sales orders, create invoices using MYOB, prepare shipments, liaise with couriers, and communicate with customers.
• Warehouse Management: Unpack deliveries, organize stock, maintain a clean warehouse, and manage quarterly stocktakes.
• Inventory Optimization: Control inventory levels to prevent shortages, analyze stock movements, forecast demand, and generate purchase orders.
• Purchasing & Procurement: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate lead times, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Purchasing Officer, Procurement Officer) within a distribution industry.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Forklift Operation: (Preferred)
