We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our farming team in beautiful Gunma Prefecture, Japan. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience rural Japanese life while earning a competitive salary and enjoying free housing.

Responsibilities:

• Harvesting and packing various vegetables (e.g., lettuce, cabbage)
• General farm maintenance tasks
• Working collaboratively with a diverse team

Requirements:

• No prior farming experience necessary – we provide full training
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
