We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our farming team in beautiful Gunma Prefecture, Japan. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience rural Japanese life while earning a competitive salary and enjoying free housing.
Responsibilities:
- Harvesting and packing various vegetables (e.g., lettuce, cabbage)
- General farm maintenance tasks
- Working collaboratively with a diverse team
Requirements:
- No prior farming experience necessary – we provide full training
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Schedule:
