What You‘ll Do:
As a Clinical Placement Administrator, you‘ll play a critical role in supporting our students‘ journey to clinical placements. This involves:

Student Support: Respond to student inquiries regarding clinical placement requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient placement process.

Placement Management: Collaborate with Clinical Placement Coordinators to allocate students to appropriate facilities based on their program needs.

Administrative Expertise: Provide administrative support to the health & education industry team, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal and external processes.

Data Management: Maintain up–to–date information on students and facilities within our placement management system (Sharepoint, InPlace/Careers Connect).

Presentation Support: Contribute to the development of engaging orientation and class presentations for students.
Who You Are:
You‘re a highly organized and detail–oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students. Your ideal profile includes:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administration or sales support role within an education environment. Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.

Adaptability: A willingness to learn and grow, with an understanding of nursing or other health disciplines being beneficial. Experience with database or student information systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
