Karrinyup Early Learning Centre and Dalkeith Early Learning Centre are hiring! We‘re seeking passionate and experienced Group Leaders, Diploma Qualified Educators, and Early Childhood Teachers to join our friendly and professional teams.

• Competitive Salaries: $64,000 – $85,000 per annum (gross) depending on experience and qualifications.

Available Positions:

• Group Leaders (Full–Time): Two positions available, one at each location (Dalkeith and Karrinyup).

• Diploma Qualified Educators (Full–Time): Multiple positions available across both centres.

• Early Childhood Teachers (Full–Time): Multiple positions available across both centres.

We are also open to applications from Cert 3 educators and trainees.

About the Role:

• Group Leader and ECT Responsibilities:

  • Provide high–quality education and care for babies, toddlers, and preschool children.

  • Prepare engaging learning materials and activities to support children‘s development.

  • Foster positive and respectful relationships with children and their families.

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.

  • Maintain accurate records and support the implementation of daily routines.

  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of curriculum programs.

  • Liaise effectively with families to ensure open communication and partnership.

Requirements:

• Group Leader:

  • Recognized Diploma (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Group Leader in a regulated childcare setting.

  • Right to work in Australia.

• Early Childhood Teacher:

  • Recognized Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

  • Right to work in Australia.

Additional Requirements:

• Working With Children Check Card: Successful applicants will need a valid Working With Children Check Card.

• First Aid: A current First Aid qualification is required.
