Responsibilities for Aged Care Registered Nurses

• Provide high–quality and compassionate nursing care to residents utilizing the primary nursing model.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine care needs and regularly evaluate care outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up–to–date patient records.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Qualifications Must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse qualification.

• Aged Care Experience: Previous experience working in Aged Care is essential.

• AHPRA Registration: Hold a current Division 1 AHPRA registration or be eligible to apply.
