Calling all plant enthusiasts and hard workers! Gourmet Herbs Pty Ltd, a leading producer of fresh herbs and edible flowers for Sydney Markets, is seeking a casual Farm Hand (Picker/Packer) to join our team in the beautiful Hawkesbury region (NSW).

In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital role in bringing fresh, high-quality produce to market. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Picking and packing a variety of delicious herbs and edible flowers using safe and efficient techniques.
• Keeping things organized: Assisting with loading and unloading produce, maintaining a clean work environment, and completing other general farm tasks.
• Forklift operation (optional): If you have a forklift license, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to efficient product movement (training provided).

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves the outdoors and enjoys working with plants.
• Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Is a quick learner and eager to contribute.
• Has a valid working visa for Australia (no visa sponsorships available).

Bonus points if you:

• Have previous experience in farm work or a similar role.
• Hold a ChemCert qualification (training provided if not).
