Biomedical Technician Senior – Sunshine Coast, QLD

At Queensland Health, we’re looking for a superstar Biomedical Technician Senior to join our Biomedical Technology Services team. You’ll be a problem-solving whiz, tackling a variety of tasks to ensure our vital healthcare technology is always in top condition.

What you’ll be doing:

• Become the guardian of our medical equipment! You’ll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and more, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
• You’ll provide technical support to our staff, ensuring they can use the equipment effectively.
• Think on your feet! You’ll troubleshoot issues independently and take the initiative to get things fixed quickly.

• You’re a master of your craft! You have in-depth knowledge and experience maintaining, installing, and supporting complex medical equipment.
• You’re a team player, but you can also fly solo. You can collaborate effectively with everyone from doctors to engineers, but you’re also comfortable taking charge and making decisions.
