Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections, repairs, and maintenance on Tesla electric vehicles.
- Utilize a variety of hand, power, and shop tools proficiently.
- Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications.
- Execute Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new vehicles.
- Maintain meticulous records of time, expenses, and materials.
- Order necessary shop supplies and parts as required.
- Fulfill other assigned duties as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles and the service center.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Provide assistance to senior technicians when required.
- Support sales events and exhibitions as necessary.
Work content:
- Comprehensive inspection, repair, and maintenance of Tesla electric vehicles.

- Perform a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on new vehicles.
- Keep detailed records of work hours, expenses, and materials.
- Order necessary shop supplies and parts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles and service centers.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Assist senior technical staff when needed.
- Support sales events and exhibitions as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in automotive technology or relevant certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive dealership maintenance or 3-5 years in the automotive industry.
- Experience in hybrid vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
- Completion of manufacturer-specific maintenance training or OEM training.
- Certification in air conditioning system repair and refrigerant handling.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Intermediate or above proficiency in English reading.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships internally and externally.
- Exemplary professionalism and ethical conduct as a technician.
