As a Welder, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the future of transportation to life. You’ll use your expertise to repair, assemble, and create essential components for our innovative electric vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Become a welding wizard! You’ll utilize various techniques like ARC, MIG (GMAW/GTAW preferred), and oxy-acetylene torch to craft precise welds on steel and aluminum structures.
Be a blueprint boss! You’ll interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding symbols to ensure your work meets the highest standards.
Think on your feet! You’ll have the opportunity to design and build basic or complex structures to support production needs.
Master of tools! You’ll become comfortable with various tools like hand-held screw guns, drills, grinders, calipers, and more.
Keep it organized! You’ll maintain welding consumables and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Be a team player! You’ll collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Welding Mastermind: 3-5 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting is a must.
Eye for Detail: A keen eye and a commitment to quality are essential.
Lifelong Learner: A passion for learning and a desire to improve your skills are highly valued.
Strength & Dexterity: The ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work with precision is required.
Communication is Key: The ability to speak, read, and write in English is necessary.
Bonus Points: Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus!
