AHS Crete Pvt. Ltd, a leading [industry AHS Crete operates in] company in Rawalpindi, is searching for a meticulous and efficient Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations by handling a variety of clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones and emails in a professional and courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Process paperwork and documents accurately and efficiently, including data entry, invoicing, and filing.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for assigned staff members.
- Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression of our company.
- Perform other general clerical duties as assigned, which may include photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- A pleasant and professional demeanor.
