- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), schedule to be determined

About Kids Without Limits

Responsibilities:
- Safe and Nurturing Environment: Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating home environment that fosters a child’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Daily Care: Supervise and care for children of various ages, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Educational Activities: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development through play, exploration, and creativity.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with parents regarding daily activities, routines, and children’s well-being.
- Household Management: Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
Qualifications:
- College diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Experience caring for children of various ages is a plus.
- Experience with special needs children is an asset.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a love for working with children.
- Ability to create a safe and stimulating environment.
- Clean criminal record check and vulnerable sector check required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
