Senior Territory Manager foodpanda Pakistan – Peshawar & Abbottabad
foodpanda, a leading online food and grocery delivery platform owned by Delivery Hero is seeking a talented and results-oriented Senior Territory Manager to join our dynamic team in Peshawar and Abbottabad.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic vendor acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings, identify key stakeholders, and onboard new restaurants, shops, and marts across the assigned region.
- Optimize vendor performance: Collaborate with internal teams like Supply, Operations, Sales, and Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support for new vendors.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships: Oversee existing vendors, address their concerns, and implement strategies to maximize their growth and contribution to the platform.
- Maintain data accuracy: Update and maintain vendor information on Salesforce, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead and motivate: Foster a positive and productive team environment, motivating and coaching team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in field sales and key account management within the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Urdu, with knowledge of Pashto a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
