1. Deputy Registrar Qualification / Experience:

A first-division degree (16 years of education) or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a University/Government organization or Autonomous body in BPS-17 or its equivalent and above.

2. Assistant Administrative Officer (BPS-17) Qualification / Experience:

A first-division degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized University/DAI’s.

3. Assistant Director Works (Civil) – Post: 01 Qualification / Experience:

A first-division Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent from an HEC recognized University/DAI’s.

4. Auditor (BPS-17) Qualification / Experience:

A first-division degree (16 years of education) in Accounting/Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting/ Finance) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/DAI’s.

Candidates are required to deposit Rs. 6,500/- for BPS-18 and Rs. 6,000/- for BPS-17 as the application processing fee (non-refundable) through an Online Deposit in Account No. 0323-204588555 or 0323-223082836, United Bank Limited, Swabi Branch or Account No. 0308-002009051247, Bank of Khyber, Swabi Branch, in favor of Treasurer, University of Swabi.

Candidates should fill out the online application form and send its printed copy to the Registrar’s Office along with proof of the original receipt of the Online Deposit and attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, and two recent passport-size photographs on or before March 11, 2024, through a registered courier service. Only applications submitted before the due date will be considered. Submit your application before the deadline to avoid automatic rejection
