Credit Analyst/Underwriter – Short-Term Commercial Real Estate Loans (Remote – Abbottabad, Pakistan)
World Business Lenders (WBL), a leading provider of short-term, real estate-secured loans to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the US, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst/Underwriter to join our remote team in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

Role:
Analyze financial statements, business plans, and creditworthiness of loan applicants.
Conduct due diligence, including verification calls and property valuations.
Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Valuation, Closing) to ensure smooth loan processing.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to expedite loan closings.
Contribute to maintaining high-quality loan portfolio performance.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience as a Processor in mortgage lending (residential or commercial).
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and modeling software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own computer/laptop required (the company does not provide equipment).
