We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in high-end restaurants (highly preferred).
• WSET certification (a plus).
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns.
• Flexibility and adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems, reservation systems, and other relevant applications.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Smart Serve certification.
